When will my Aurora Crate ship?

Subscription boxes are curated with care and typically ship between the 15th and 20th of every month. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I customize the items in my monthly box?

While the core items are a surprise, we offer a 'Style Profile' in your account settings where you can specify your sizes and aesthetic preferences to ensure every piece fits perfectly.

What is your return policy for individual items?

We accept returns on unworn apparel and accessories with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that full mystery crates are non-refundable once opened.

Are the beauty and lifestyle products cruelty-free?

Yes, Aurora Crate is committed to ethical sourcing. All beauty, skincare, and lifestyle accessories included in our boxes are 100% cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.

How do I change my subscription tier or cancel?

You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Changes must be made by the 1st of the month to apply to the current cycle.
