At Aurora Crate Book Box, we want you to love your literary-inspired fashion; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unworn apparel and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and literary charms are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return crate.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
